Jenniffer Weigel
Managing Director
Jenniffer Weigel is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and journalist who has worked across Chicago's biggest newsrooms since the mid-1990s — on air at WGN, CBS, and NBC, and in print for the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times.
She's also a published author and the founder of her own production company, at home with both the craft of reporting and the business of storytelling.
As Managing Director, she roots Wayfarer Media in real newsroom credibility — the instinct to find the story fast, tell it straight, and ship it on deadline.
Brian Ernst
Creative Director
Brian Ernst has built his career with one foot in journalism and one in professional video production, across more than 15 years moving between the newsroom and the set.
Most recently he ran the visuals desk at Chicago Public Media, leading the photographers and videographers behind the Chicago Sun-Times and WBEZ, and he's also worked with the Chicago Tribune's production companies.
As Creative Director, he sets the visual standard for everything Wayfarer Media ships — the lighting, the framing, the edit. It's why the work looks like news you can trust and film you actually want to watch.
Tyler Mains
Integrated Media Strategist
Tyler Mains is a communications strategist and marketing manager with 6+ years turning brand vision into measurable growth.
His track record includes generating more than $828K in annual revenue, lifting lead volume 37% through performance marketing, and more than tripling year-over-year social growth for a flagship entertainment brand.
At Wayfarer Media he oversees social-media distribution and data analytics, pairing creative storytelling with the numbers that prove it worked.
Tovi Litwack
Operations Coordinator
Tovi Litwack keeps Wayfarer Media running behind the scenes, supporting operations across both Wayfarer Media and Wayfarer Pathways.
She books podcast guests, coordinates social-media distribution alongside Tyler, and helps keep projects moving from first call to final delivery.
Her work is the connective tissue that turns a busy studio into a smooth one. When a shoot day runs on time and a guest shows up ready to roll, that's usually Tovi.
