Live events
We fill the room. Then we run it.
One Chicago team plans your event, sells the tickets, runs the sound, screens and stream, and films the night.
A week out, half the tickets are still unsold.
The mic cuts out halfway through the keynote.
Nobody filmed the moment everyone talked about on the way home.
We fix that.
How an event gets made.
-
Months out
Plan it.
We walk the venue with you, book your speakers and write the run of show to the minute. Then we make the videos that play on the night: the opener, the speaker intros, the sponsor loop.
- A walkthrough of the venue with you
- Speakers found and booked
- A run of show with every cue on it
- The videos for the screens, made by our team
-
Weeks out
Sell it.
We cut a trailer, set up the ticket page and run the ads. As sales come in, we put more of the budget behind the ads that are selling tickets.
- A trailer and short promos for your feeds
- The ticket page and the sales
- Ads on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, managed until doors
-
The night
Run it.
We bring the sound, screens, lights and cameras, and test every piece, the stream included, before doors. A producer on headset calls each cue, the way a live broadcast runs.
- Wireless mics and speakers, with an engineer at the board
- Screens and playback for every video and slide
- Stage lights and a spotlight
- Cameras on the stage and the room, switched live to the screens
- A live stream to YouTube, Facebook or a private page
- Remote speakers, live on the big screen
-
After
Keep it.
The night comes back as a recap film, clips for your feeds, photos and every session in full. The recap film doubles as the first ad for next year.
- A recap film
- Vertical clips with captions
- A photo gallery
- Every session and speech, start to finish
Large room or small
From the back room to the whole hotel.
Slide from a dinner for thirty to a three-day conference, and see what we bring at each size.
One night · 30 guests
A dinner in the back room
Thirty guests share one long table in a restaurant's back room. We bring a mic for the toasts and a speaker for the room, and one of us films the night.
One night · 150 guests
An awards night
A private room holds 150, with a low stage and a screen for the nominee films we made. Two cameras catch every winner on the way up.
One night · 400 guests
A gala in the ballroom
We sell the tickets, light the stage and put the night on two big screens. Supporters at home watch the live stream.
One day · 800 attendees
A summit
Eight hundred people sit in rows facing an LED wall, and every speaker is live on the side screens. We call the show from a tech table at the back.
Three days · 1,500 attendees
A conference that fills the hotel
The conference takes the main stage, six breakout rooms and the lobby for registration. We film every session, stream the keynotes and run the speakers' dinner in the back room.

Those are typical sizes, and we scope every event to its own room. Anything the room needs that we don't own, we rent, and our crew runs it.
We plan and run: Conferences · Galas and fundraisers · Company meetings and launches · Screenings and premieres · Panels and talks · Live podcast tapings
Let's plan your event.
Tell us the date, the venue and how many people you want in the room. We'll come back with a plan to fill it and run it.
